The fund is overseen by a Board of Directors. In the field advice is received from the Missions Advisory Team. Grant applications and reviewed by the Missions Advisory Committee.

Board of Directors
The Kingdom Missions Fund is guided by a Board of Directors. This board is composed of five members. Two of the founding members are permanent to provide long-term continuity. Three of the members serve for three year terms on a rotating basis. Members of the board are committed to protect, promote and advance the stated ideals, goals and objectives of the Kingdom Missions Fund, so that the cause of Jesus Christ and His Kingdom can be advanced for generations to come. The board is composed of Christian business people who are active Do-nors in the fund, come from various Christian backgrounds and are interested in Christian mission projects.

Missions Advisory Board
The Missions Advisory Board is a distinguished group of missions professionals that provide advice to the Board of Directors. Located around the world, these indi-viduals' years of experience and wisdom help guide the fund. They are also able to provide local guidance on the credibility of specific mission efforts.

Missions Advisory Committee
The Mission Advisory Committee receives and evaluates grant applications from mis-sion projects. The team is responsible for prioritizing which efforts the Fund will support in the next calendar year. Recommendations for grants are made to the Board of Directors.

Builders Committee
The builder’s committee helps grow the fund by planning promotional events like the golf outing. Members actively pursue new avenues to bring new donors into the fund.
