Grant Application Form

Grant requests go to the Mission Advisory Team who makes recommendations to the board of directors. Grants are generally approved and issued in December for the following year.

Applications are due by October 31st for consideration in the current year. Awards are made in January of the following year. Applications can be made on-line by clicking here.
